What does it mean when I have sex with my girlfriend and afterwards there is something on my penis?

After my girlfriend and I have sex (with or without a condom) occasionally there are these small skin like things on my penis. I don't have any symptons of an STD, and neither does she so I didn't know if there was another explanation of what may be happening.

I have a friend who is 16, well we used to be sort of close but not as much now. hes livesd on his own for almost a year and works and kinda grew up way too fast. Anyways on facebook his status was "Is totally excited to get his wisdom teeth pulled on the 6th, wo hoo…" Then some girl comments on it, I looked at her profile and shes 22 born 1988 febuary 3rd and she says "which hospital are you going to?" and he replies "The one in Burnaby (city)" and then she replies "Have you already arranged someone to pick you up afterwards?" then he replies "not yet I still haven't figured that out" then she replies "I can come pick you up from the hospital, you’re going to feel crappy when you wake up afterwards :(...You can stay the night at my place or I can stay with you at yours!"

Then he says "Thanks so much that sounds good to me, I guess your place your bed is a little more comfy :P" then she replies "it would suck to be alone right after surgery, you're going to need some cuddles and tlc :) call me later and let me know the time and everything and I'll go and rent some movies for us to watch too"

And that was it. She's commented on a lot of his pictures saying "cute" and other stuff and commented on some of his other statuses and I know he likes girls with short hair and has been with older girls before (this is her)
