Where was the Paris Hilton Sex Tape Camera?

I believe we have all seen the sex tape featuring Paris Hilton. I was watching it earlier today, and I could not figure this out - where was the camera located? Was it hidden in a closet somewhere? Was it under a sheet? Was he holding it? How did he hide it? Did she know?
